1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "phbeti," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phbeti online casino and sports betting platform operated at phbeti.cam and all associated services, applications, and subdomains.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the phbeti platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual upon successful completion of the registration and verification process.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the real-money PHP balance held in a player's phbeti account, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by phbeti as part of a promotional offer.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body responsible for authorising and supervising gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all players under PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, payment, customer support, and ancillary services provided through the phbeti platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the phbeti platform is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation element, or by simply accessing or using any part of the phbeti platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the entire legal agreement between you and phbeti with respect to your use of the platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings with respect to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and use the phbeti platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of accessing and using the Services, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or contractor of phbeti, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from phbeti pursuant to a self-exclusion request or a regulatory or administrative order, or have had a previous account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by a legally enforceable contract under Philippine law.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one (1) registered account on the phbeti platform. Opening, using, or attempting to use more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or through a proxy or third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phbeti reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to be in violation of this policy and to forfeit any balances held in those accounts.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly whenever it changes. phbeti is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phbeti will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify phbeti immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 Account Ownership

Accounts are personal to the registered player and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account, or to use another person's account, is prohibited and will result in the closure of the affected account(s).

5 KYC & Identity Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, phbeti requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process prior to processing any withdrawal. phbeti reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including prior to the first deposit.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence (LTO), SSS or GSIS ID, PRC ID, voter's ID, and other government-issued identification documents. phbeti may also request proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by phbeti may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or, where required by law, the restriction or closure of the account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbeti accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), UnionBank, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Additional methods may be made available from time to time as displayed on the phbeti Cashier page.

6.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of deposit. phbeti does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, for which phbeti accepts no liability.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier. phbeti reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by its fraud detection systems.

6.4 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phbeti reserves the right to apply an administrative inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, provided that the account balance does not fall below zero as a result of such fee.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

phbeti offers various promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms applicable to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. phbeti reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion's terms and conditions.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• phbeti reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by an eligible player.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including, without limitation, opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in bonus abuse strategies — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, winnings, and account closure.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the phbeti platform are subject to the individual game rules as presented within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games, and by live physical dealing for live dealer games. phbeti does not manipulate game outcomes and all RNGs are independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, bets that have been confirmed and placed prior to the malfunction shall be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules and phbeti's disconnection policy. phbeti is not liable for interrupted gameplay caused by the player's own internet connection, device failure, or third-party service outages beyond phbeti's reasonable control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbeti platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering as a player if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under Section 3 of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or use of the Services.
• Operating more than one registered account, whether personally or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit game mechanics, bonus offers, or technical vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that interferes with the proper functioning of the platform, including any attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to phbeti's systems.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property of phbeti without express written authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phbeti staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the use of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

phbeti is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. In fulfilment of this commitment, phbeti provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible through the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period before it becomes effective.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum net loss thresholds over defined time periods.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum continuous play session durations, after which the session will be automatically terminated.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 90 days) during which no gameplay or deposits are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the phbeti platform. 11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, graphics, images, text, and other materials available on the phbeti platform are the intellectual property of phbeti or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including Philippine Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phbeti platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or commercially exploit any phbeti content is granted by these Terms or by any other means, unless expressly authorised in writing by phbeti.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

phbeti collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation, including Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). The Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms, describes in detail the types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, and the rights available to players regarding their personal data.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbeti, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the phbeti platform or its Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phbeti's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their phbeti account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phbeti does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures on their own devices.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

phbeti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including (without limitation) in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• A regulatory order or direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority.
• Inactivity of the account for the period specified in Section 6.4.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting phbeti support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of any applicable fees or forfeitures) will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements and phbeti's standard withdrawal processing procedures.

15 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the phbeti platform or Services, you should first contact phbeti's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. phbeti is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly, and aims to provide a substantive response to all written complaints within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to the player's satisfaction through phbeti's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published player complaint procedures. phbeti accepts the jurisdiction of PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority for the resolution of gaming disputes arising under these Terms.

Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent Philippine court where necessary to protect its rights pending resolution of any dispute.

16 Amendments to Terms

phbeti reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, unless a shorter notice period is required by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the phbeti platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

The phbeti platform is operated in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming law and under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players acknowledge that access to and use of the platform may be subject to additional restrictions under the laws of the jurisdiction in which they are located, and that it is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before accessing the Services.
